Freezing your Bureau report or freezing your credit is the same thing, it can also be called a security freeze so lets break this down. When you freeze your credit or lock your credit these are two ways of making sure no one can use or view your credit, it protects you from unauthorized access. This is the same impact just different terms, it will not let anybody see your bureau report but remember you can't open new credit unless you unlock, or unfreeze it . In the mean time you need to be cleaning up what ever it is that's negative on your reports
When you freeze or lock which ever you will receive a sign in and a pin for each account so your going to need it, don't loose it.
A credit freeze is available to all consumers as well as a credit lock which ever term you use. A credit lock can be enabled or disabled instantly using a mobile device or the web, so if your at a dealership you can immediately unlock your credit. All 3 bureau may offer this for you at a fee so be sure to either ask or if on line read the fine print. A credit freeze can take up to 24 hours to let you in to remove it.
Collection companies are good at saying they pulled your information from a bureau when in fact they may not have. You want to remove all information from all accounts that are negative, that may take some time and then deal with the collection company's, remember they need to prove the debt.
Sometimes collections can be in house so you may need to settled as they will have your file, it will depend on how old it is, it could be out of the statue of limitations. There could be a wrong name dates, or billing mistakes it all depends so cross that road when you get there. Any question send me a message I do respond.

To began I never ever thought I would see rent rise like this and most likely you either, it's crazy.
I have clients who have told me their rent went up from $1,300.00 to $1,400.00 and the only reason its that low is because they are long time residents. The rents for a 2 bedroom now in her complex for new client are showing $1,900 - $2,400.. not sure why the big difference is.
If your already renting and your new lease has not come to you yet...prepare for the shock of a life time, there is not much you can do. Some people say "I will move", well be prepared for high deposits and high rent, it going to be a bumpy ride. Landlords and rental company's are taking advantage of the housing shortage and people skipping out on paying did not help any.
People took advantage of the rent moratorium by not paying their rent and the landlords or apartments are taking advantage of that by trying to re-coup money lost. If at this time people need to really get a hold of their credit report because if you moved out of an apartment before being evicted its still going to go on your credit report. That rental will show as a broken lease or an apartment name and all money owed so your not out of the woods, If you get evicted that's worst because its so hard to rent with it on your credit.
Remember when applying for a rental your application is in line with others and you better make it look good. Look at your credit score, are there any negative items on there if so take care of them if at all possible don't wait. Bump up your score by asking a family member to add you to their credit cards, its called piggy backing, ask if the apartment you pay too can report your past and recent payment history. There are companies out there that will report your rent payment history for a fee, you need to find out if your landlord or leasing company will provide that to them. Now keeping in mind this is like paying a mortgage so you need to be on time with all payment for your rent, they can go back up to 2 years. If all else fails I can provide you a tradeline which can help you raise your score for home buying or rental.
Right at this very moment are in a fight for your life and your family's, please do not wait for help as it may not come so you need to stand up and fight for yourself.

This can be a scary situation not knowing if your going to be approved for a credit card, I know that feeling but here's the scoop on applying.
Most people apply because they received something in the mail and didn't read the fine print. Most apply and unless its a secured card because of your credit they are denied. Just because you received a card in the mail or in your e-mail does not mean your approved, READ THE FINE PRINT.
Now I have gotten information in the mail and applied and gotten approved but keep in mind my credit afforded me that opportunity. If you already have a credit card most of the time they will give you a credit increase without even asking. If you look on your report you may see it on your report as a soft inquiry. You may ask for an increase on a card after 6 months of paying on time, you may or may not get it, its up to the bank. Google credit card for credit and you can put in if its bad credit and no credit it will pull up the cards to help you on your way.
Once you apply its most likely a hard pull, its on your bureau report as an inquiry for 2 yrs, this reduces you credit score anywhere from 3-5 pts. Most people go and apply for another card and repeat the process since they didn't get that one and lowing your credit score even more. Before you apply for anything you should always know what your bureau scores are because your taking a hit each time you apply. Credit cards are not the only way to build credit, if someone is telling you that they are wrong.
Below you will see a chart that further explains how your credit is evaluated and what lenders see. You may have work to do to get to that 720 score, its not impossible but can take time.

Medical debt can be a killer on your credit report and this is why, its called OUT OF-Network. Let's start with finding out if your insurance is excepted at a hospital or clinic, most of the time when you call they will say yes. Now them excepting your insurance does not mean all of the doctor's do and there comes the problem.
In an emergency you don't have a choice on who may assist you and your not going to ask you just need help. In an emergency situation if your going to a clinic such as maybe a quick care, yes they will take your insurance at the check in but you will most likely receive a bill in a week or two. This is called out of network billing, meaning that the doctor or doctors seeing you are not covered by your insurance, they need to be IN-Network, now you have a bill.
People always say, " I had Insurance" but what your failing to understand is If your admitted to a hospital your insurance may not cover everything such as medication, days hospitalized parts of a procedure and if the doctors treating you are in network, they're not going to turn you away. There as well can be a problem with coding, its done by people in the billing department and they make mistakes.
What you should do before going to a clinic:
1. Read your policy
2. Call your insurance company to find out what is covered and what your responsible for.
3. Get a full copy of services rendered.

People don't know who Lexis Nexis is so le's learn right now and why its important to get your information from them. now remember just because the information is there does not mean its right. If you ever wanted to know all of your life's history this is the one that will give it to you. This is the big boy of your credit reporting information as well as a lot of your life's information, it has files on you all the way back to when you got your 1st job and much much more so let 's go.
Homes you have owned
Autos, owned and paid off
Sex offender records,
Family member names
Business you may have owned
You name it, its there now keep in mind this information is free to you, it will come to you in a large envelope and its eye opening.
You wonder why you can't repair your credit this is why, there are 2 other companies reporting your information as well as the main 3 and banks which use Check Systems, that's another story. Now when you receive this report it will as well give you sign in information and a pass word if you wish to continue on line, I personally am a letter writer I want back up. You need to go through the report page by page and correct all the information that is not correct meaning not yours or you want them to prove and delete, its not going to be easy and will take time but remember its your credit.
Once you do this you will need to contact the other two Sage Stream and Innovis and ask them to correct the information as well, so at this point you going backwards because you have to hit the mother load 1st.
This can be time consuming and if you have the time its well worth it, of not contact me 702 444-0345 today.

When asking for corrections on your credit reports always mail it certified, never dispute on line as you have no way of back tracking. A certified letter is the best way sent, you have no way of tracking a phone conversations or doing it on line through a bureau site, keep a copy of the letter and the certification. People think its easy to remove items from your report and its not, remember you going to get the " this debt has been verified and will remain on your report until". Now to me its the run around the standard letter sent back to you, remember they need to prove the debt and how they investigated it, by law that is your right.
There has been times that a bureau will contact the creditor or collection company and they will contact you, but once again they need to prove you owe the debt. I would not even admit the debt then, just ask them to send you all and any information regarding the debt such as billing payments etc, DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, Collection company's can't always prove the debt so its important to put everything in writing certified.
These things are all important as you may need to back up your claim or claims when sending it to the Consumer Protection Agency if need be. If you need to move further you now have your certified mailings along with the information they sent to you, letters don't lie with proof.
Its important to even send certified letters to creditors asking for settlements or payment adjustments so that nothing changes in the agreement.
Its going to take time its not an over night thing and never let anybody tell you it is.

Lets get ready to explore E-Oscar,
E-Oscar is a web based compliant automated system that enables Data Furnishers (DF) and the credit reporting agencies (CRAs) to respond to different type's of consumers dispute. The agency was created to alleviate the growing amount of manpower needed to process consumer claims of mistakes on their credit report.
The bureau receives a report and a representative enters it into the system, its turned into a 3 digit dispute code. Now the codes can go from.. 001- Not his/her..002- belongs to another individual with same/similar name ..019 include in the bankruptcy of another person and many more. There are 29 different three digits codes that the representatives can choose from which is not always correct.
Once the system E-Oscar receives the data, a formal credit dispute is created. The information is then sent to the data furnishers via an Automated Consumer Dispute Verification ( ACDV) form who supply the credit bureau with your information.
Sometimes as an addition to the codes that best fit the dispute, there is an explanation included. E-Oscar gets the data, the system creates and records a formal dispute, that information is fed out to the other bureaus. Did you know more than one-third or 34% of Americans have found a least one error on their credit report, so you need to pull your report yearly its free. You may as well sign up for one of the services it does cost to see your report but its available to you when you want. And remember if its free you get what you pay for.
Repairing your credit is not easy and there will be set backs but you must forge ahead, it can take months its not done over night. Look for my next post on which letters to be sent out first.

I get clients all the time who have used at least 2 credit repair companies as well as trying to repair their own credit. This could be a problem and here is why.
Not sure what you or another company has said in regards to disputing items on the report, you may have said its not yours when anybody with eye can say it is.
Now you go to another company and tell them something entirely different regarding that item, remember they keep track of your responses.
If your going to repair your credit yourself, then do it yourself, do not expect credit repair companies to put your broken puzzle together when you have lost the pieces. Remember its also going to take time so it can take up to 8 month or more depending on the debts, if they are multiple, they need to be taken off each bureau as well.
Got questions I have answers write me and get real facts.

This maybe a heart break dead ahead, if you think that you can go from a 300-700 credit score in 30 days your in for a shock. Yes you can raise your scores, legally and its still going to take some time. I have been seeing the SCAMS on the internet in regards to this and its a scam to get your money.
I shop companies to see what they are peddling and these are some of the items I have found as of today.
1.The pyramid scam: You are told you can make a certain amount of income if you fix your credit and as well recruit others getting a piece of the pie. To sign up its about $400.00. You send them the templates and its up to the person to fill them out and mail them.
2. My ID was stolen so the debt is not mine:, did you know that you need to file a police report or would have at the time. Trying to do this at a later date is suicidal, most of the time its because the debt can be aged and most of all most of the time you have made payment after the fact.
3. Been told to get another ID and Social Security number:, this is FRAUD straight up..jail time. This is an illegal move and it will only let you apply for small pieces of credit, I have seen them and the people who are doing time.
Let's do it right, look at your report go over everything to make sure all is correct, yes you can remove items legally in a lot of ways and you can do it yourself. If its to much for you I can assist you. I offer a one time free consultation and will answer questions, call 702 444-0345.

Are you watching the housing market? were you at one point looking to purchase a home? Well I know a lot of you wish you had done it earlier, but all is not lost, there's still a chance.
There are some things that you need to accomplish to put yourself into a positive position meaning cleaning up your credit.
Pull your report and go over it with a fine tooth comb as they say.
1. Names need to be corrected that are not yours or misspelled
2. Remove old addresses
3. Remove Inquiries that are not yours
4. Remove old phone numbers
Why your asking? When you have multiple names there could be a mistake or someone trying to commit fraud under your name. Address can be touchy because if they are connected to a mortgage and it was paid on time, that's history don't touch it.
Inquires you can fight off, if you were lied to in regards to maybe trying to get a credit card and the furnisher told you it was a soft pull, there is a difference between hard pull and soft pulls.
Remove old phone numbers, it makes you look unstable when you have lots of them over a short period of time. If you move a lot its the same with addresses, would you loan someone money if they moved every 6 months to a year?. You need to think like a lender, so start now its not to late, if I'm right you need to be ready for a housing melt down.
